Overview
Greg Sheahan practises predominantly in commercial litigation, specialising in property, corporations, banking and insolvency related matters, but has also appeared in various courts and tribunals in building and employment law matters. Greg has recently developed a practice in Native Title determination and compensation matters in the Federal Court, and has a particular interest in natural resources and land acquisition compensation matters generally. Greg is also an experienced mediator in all types of disputes.
